Terms of purchase

1. Purchase information:

When you place an order, a purchase agreement is made when you choose to confirm your purchase at checkout. An automated order confirmation will then be sent to the email address you have provided in connection with your order. minelscooter.se is operated by Holm IT AB. The purchase agreement is signed with Holm IT AB, company number 556980-7307.
Ordered products remain Holm IT property until they are fully paid.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse. Changes and additions must be made before your order is processed and shipped from us. If you discover any errors on your order, it is therefore important that you contact our Customer Service immediately to amend your order if possible.

In case of obvious errors (e.g. wrong price, printing errors, etc.) we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you are of course entitled to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to execute an order in case the product is out of stock or in case of technical errors.

We conclude contracts only with adult persons, alternatively minors with the consent of the target person, and with legal persons.

All image information on minelscooter.se should be regarded as illustrations and minelscooter.se cannot guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance or condition of the goods.

2. Prices:

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor, including VAT and excluding shipping. We reserve the right to make changes to all prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed order in the event of an obvious error in the pricing of the goods due to a typographical error.

3. Method of payment:

Payment can be made by bank/credit card, invoice, instalment, as well as prepayment via Bankgiro or Swish.

Bank/credit card

We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are free of charge.

Invoice private person - Flex invoice; pay at your own pace

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer invoicing to private individuals. You receive the invoice from Klarna, and can pay from home in peace and quiet.

As a Klarna customer, you can choose to pay the full amount directly on the first invoice or to split the payment up to 3 months without any upfront fee or interest. If you choose to split the payment, there is only a cancellation fee of 29 SEK per additional payment. The first invoice fee is free of charge.

If for any reason you are refused to pay by invoice via Klarna, you may be offered to pay by invoice directly to our bankgiro. The payment period is then 14 days, no extra fee will be charged. When paying by invoice, credit information (UC) may be retrieved.

Delivery against invoice is only to registered (private) address.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged, as well as interest on arrears at 24 % + the current reference rate.

Invoice company

We only invoice limited liability companies that have been operating for at least two years and that:
- reports a profit

- do not have a payment record (usual credit check is carried out)

If invoicing is not approved, you may be offered a guarantor to guarantee the purchase via a separate surety agreement.

State, municipality and county councils are automatically approved.

To ensure that no unauthorised person orders goods in the company's name, we only deliver to the registered company address.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged, as well as interest on arrears at 24 % + the current reference rate.

Part payment

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the possibility of installment payments in 6, 12, 24 or 36 months for amounts over 1500:-. You make your choice here in the checkout in connection with your purchase. You will be notified immediately if your purchase via instalment payment is approved and we can process your purchase immediately. If your purchase is not approved, you can choose an alternative payment method. Payment by instalments is only available to private individuals and the order will only be delivered to your registered address. For instalments over 6-12 months, Klarna charges no interest. Reimbursement:

In the event of a refund, funds must be received by the customer within 14 days of the return being registered with us. Refunds will normally be made by the same method of payment you used to pay. NOTE! We cannot make payments via Swish.

4. Delivery and shipping:

All orders received before 12 noon on a weekday are usually shipped the same day (excluding out-of-stock items).

Smaller parcels (up to 20 kg, maximum length 1.2 m) are normally delivered to your nearest Post Office agent within 1-2 weeks. Deviations may occur for remote locations and deliveries north of Sundsvall. Once your parcel has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.

Medium-sized parcels (between 20-35 kg, maximum length 1.2 m) are delivered to your doorstep or plot boundary normally within 1-2 weeks. In case of home delivery, you will be contacted by phone/text message before delivery to arrange a suitable day or time for delivery. Deliveries are made during daytime only. Once your parcel has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.

Larger parcels (over 35 kg or length over 1.5 m) are normally delivered to your door or property line within 1-2 weeks. In case of home delivery, you will be contacted by phone/text message before delivery to arrange a suitable day or time for delivery. Deliveries are made during daytime only. Once your parcel has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.

Larger parcels within Greater Stockholm are delivered to your doorstep or plot boundary normally within 1-3 weeks. In case of home delivery, you will be contacted by phone/text message before the delivery takes place to arrange a suitable day or time for delivery. Deliveries are only made during the day.

Should any of the products you have ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other products in your order, we may in some cases split your order. As a customer, you will never have to pay more than the original shipping cost.

In case of incorrect address information or redirection of the shipment, a charge of at least SEK 250 will be added.

For unredeemed packages with a value of less than 500 SEK we will charge 195 SEK, for unredeemed packages with a value of more than 500 SEK we will charge a minimum of 395 SEK to cover the costs incurred. Please remember to always collect your orders within 14 days of your parcel arriving at the post office.

5. Transport damage:

Damaged goods must be reported immediately to the carrier and to us. On delivery, the packaging must be inspected and any damage must be notified to the agent or driver and noted in writing on the consignment note before it is signed. Hidden shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Neither goods nor packaging may be discarded until you have received approval from us.

6. Right of withdrawal and exchanges:

As a private person, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your delivery, according to the Distance Contracts Act. To request the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, please send an e-mail to support@minelscooter.se. Returns to minelscooter.se with reference to the right of withdrawal must be made within 30 days from the last day of the withdrawal period.

In the event of a return, the goods must be sent back in a substantially unchanged condition. Depending on the condition of the goods, a deduction may be made from the amount refunded or the return may be refused in its entirety. The goods must be returned packaged according to our recommendations. Please note that you bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is returned to us. Please ensure that the product is well packaged. NOTE! Please remember NOT to use silver tape or promotional tape when returning the product as this will destroy the packaging. Rather use transparent packing tape. The return freight is paid by the customer.

For returns made via a return slip you have received from minelscooter.se, you will be charged 20 SEK/kilo incl. VAT in return freight. Minimum refund 85 SEK. Please note that the cost of return shipping may differ from the shipping charge made in the online shop's checkout. The shipment must then be sent so that it is delivered to our return address. We are not able to redeem parcels delivered to postal agents.

If you wish to exchange an item, it will be returned within the cooling-off period according to the instructions above. You then place a new and separate order for the new item you wish to exchange for.

7. Open purchase:

We want you to feel extra safe when you shop at minelscooter.se and therefore we offer you 60 days of Open Purchase in addition to the regular right of withdrawal.

Please note that returns within Open Purchase are only valid for unopened packaging. The return freight is paid by the customer.

Open purchase does not apply to specially ordered goods, goods adapted to the customer, services, and other costs charged to the order.

8. Warranty and Complaints:

For your peace of mind, minelscooter.se provides a minimum of one (1) year warranty on all vehicles and accessories unless otherwise stated. If any product is covered by a longer warranty period, this will be stated in the product description. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that the product may have. In addition to the warranty, three (3) years warranty on original defects applies in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable period of time after the defect has been discovered. In the event of a complaint after the expiry of the warranty period, the purchaser must demonstrate that the defect complained of is an original defect and was already present at the time of delivery.

Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts such as tyres, hoses, batteries and bulbs. Wearing parts are supplied with a six (6) month functional warranty except for what may be considered normal wear and tear. Always keep the invoice or proof of warranty for the warranty to be valid. In the event of a complaint, please contact minelscooter.se by e-mail support@minelscooter.se. In the event of a claim, the product must be returned in its original, or comparable, packaging.

9. Privacy, personal data and marketing (GDPR):

When you shop or interact with us, you may share your personal data with us. The controller of your data is Holm IT AB, a Swedish company registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office with company number 556980-7307 and with its registered office in Järna. You can of course also contact us at support@minelscooter.se if you have any questions regarding the handling of your personal data.

Unless you have specifically given your consent, we will not contact you for marketing purposes. We never sell your customer data to third parties.

10. General information:

Comments or complaints are gratefully received via our Customer Service. In the event of a dispute, our aim is always to find the best possible solution to the problem. In the event of a dispute with the General Complaints Board (ARN), we always follow the recommendation given by the ARN. The Consumer Sales Act (KKL) and the Distance Selling Act (DHL) are mandatory laws that we as a retailer work according to. Our terms and conditions of sale are complementary to these two laws. Disputes with companies are usually settled in court.
